RISK REWARD stop and see what you have life is breathing risk reward take that chance blood worth bleeding owning all the energy i’m tired i’m leaving Green as grass Blue as sky Whites of your eyes oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I’m never gonna give it up stuck in this system of lonely thieving eyes are fixed dead ahead empty feeling hold the weight on your back lead by leading life is art life like art art is stealing oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I’m never gonna give it up

the grass here doesn’t grow it is not made of the earth it lays on top the land in Fields of synthetic dirt The trees stand tall and quite straight each one placed one foot away perfect rows never tip, never sway so simple to navigate oh the skies are painted blue the clouds rearranged just the way we want them to be mechanical swarms of bees ride the turbine breeze, today the sounds are all pre recorded timed out just right and so pumped out of grills these lifeless thrills repeated repeated over and over the air’s conditioned just right for people in mechanical lives as flocks of birds were screaming to be heard mechanical bees caught my mind

Faith 04:55
these words I’ve sang so long that I can barely tell if they mean anything or if they’re just a shell (((((refrain))))))) I’ve been here for a long long time and now I’m losing faith in my reality I’m losing faith in what I thought would be These dreams I have May well be my Prison cell they may not see the light and I suppose its just as well ((((refrain))) these words I’ve sang so long that I can barely tell if they mean anything or if they’re just a shell ((((refrain)))

Don't let this be the day I die Don't let this be the last song I write Don't let this be my final fight Dont let them lay dimes on my eyes Oh what do they know Let me die slow Oh what do they know Let me die slow This would be a pretty tough life without this girl as my wife she’s got beautiful eyes and a heart that can empathize oh what do you know lay me down slow oh what do you know lay me down slow Now I see that I've been blind The Trouble started in my mind Looking forward to the next time Another twist in the story line Oh what do I know Let it all go

I'm speechless Walking by these priceless fine creatures Don't have time to stop the mind readers We could be better off I would say Mind reader I have heard that you’re a fine teacher Make me happy oh blind preacher Whatever the cost we will pay don’t let them take whatever they like from your mind People do it all the time where do we turn when we turn out the lights people are just people they just want to get by Strange weakness All these lines cast sustained bleakness Connect the dots and it's the same thesis Spun around a new way Day dreamin' Spending days as a dazed human Around the sun with all stars bloomin' In the garden of the night] two part don’t let them take whatever they like from your mind people do it all the time here we can stand in the dream of twilight knowing what we know is most of the fight)three part Crazed preachers A new age for the same teachers Life is easy for divine genius Never have to see the light All of the stories that we have built our world from What we believe, what we can see The past is now and now is then and we are always From time to time. Of mind to mind. Strange creatures Bouncing back From what they've teached us us and them is still today's feature in the garden of this life

does my matter, matter? whats with the chitter chatter? perhaps theres too many loose ends for us to gather are we all simply actors is it faith or other factors seems theres to many missing pages in this chapter will the truth shatter? will the people scatter? theres just too many questions for us to answer do we really need to master maybe we just got it backwards guess theres to many visions for just one shepherd guess theres to many visions guess theres to many visions guess theres to many visions guess theres to many visions for just one shepherd as my brains squirm to redefine the terms often speaking in tongues that I can’t discern are they words ive yet to learn? if they are, I cant confirm lost in translation not my concern just let it turn? or should we make it burn? twisted tongues spouting love and hate from the lectern either way the heart yearns mind the truths and not the terms guess there’s too many visions for just one shepherd.

about

Sebastian and the Deep Blue Seattle, Washington

Sebastian and the Deep Blue Chamber Pop Orchestra with full brass and string section. Artful arrangements combine with pop sensibilities to create a sound which is undeniably their own. Think Talking Heads, Budos Band and Sufjan Stevens all rolled into a burrito. A musical burrito. ... more
